Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
At SkyFiber, we build networks so Nevadans can work, learn, see a doctor, and stay connected to the people they care about. A fast, reliable connection should be within reach for every household we serve, so we take affordability seriously.
The ACP gave eligible households a discount of up to $30 a month on internet service, or up to $75 a month on qualifying Tribal lands. The program stopped issuing benefits in June 2024, when its federal funding ran out, and it isn’t accepting new enrollments.
If Congress funds the ACP again or creates a successor program, SkyFiber will take part, and we’ll let our customers know how to enroll.
A household generally qualified if its income was at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or if someone in the household took part in a program like SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefits, Lifeline, the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program, or had received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year.
