Terms and Conditions
I agree to the following: Your first invoice will include the installation fees and first month of service. Your monthly service period starts the date of installation and your invoices will be due within 15 days of the start of your service period each month. I will arrange roof access for the installation, before scheduled installation can take place. I also understand that SKY FIBER INTERNET may ask to use my location to expand the service area footprint.
Payment Policy – Credit Card & AutoPay Requirement
Sky Fiber Internet requires all customers to set up a valid credit or debit card with AutoPay as the sole accepted payment method for our services. By enrolling in our service, the customer agrees to have their monthly service fees automatically charged to the card on file. This ensures uninterrupted service and simplifies the billing process. Alternative payment methods are not accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain an active and valid payment method to avoid service interruptions or potential account suspension due to failed payments. Pick up charge is $65.00. A late charge of $10.00 or 5%, whichever is greater, of the total will be accessed for any payments not received within 30 days of the due date.
Equipment Responsibility Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation of service, the customer is responsible for returning all Sky Fiber Internet-provided equipment in good working condition within 14 days. The client will continue to be billed until the equipment is either picked up by Sky Fiber or returned to the Sky Fiber office. A 30-day cancellation notice is required. If the equipment is picked up before the 30-day period, the difference in the amount will be credited accordingly. Failure to return the equipment, or returning it in a damaged or non-functional state beyond normal wear and tear, will result in a charge equal to the full replacement cost of the equipment, which will range from $200–$1,200. The customer agrees that Sky Fiber Internet may charge this amount to the payment method on file or pursue other legal remedies to recover the cost of unreturned or damaged equipment. I also agree if I cancel service before my contract term is complete, I will pay 50% of the remaining balance of the contract term total remaining monthly fees.
